well, all i can say is your not doing anything wrong having a different opinion is a good thing and other people need to understand other cultures all i can suggest is approaching them as individuals and make friends one by one you'll soon get a group going,i hope someone has a more useful suggestion than me

Well i'll be your friend, but as for real life you aren't doing anything wrong. the reason you aren't making friends is because they aren't accepting of people who are different. you don't want peiple like that as friends anyways. you just have to use your uniqueness and talk about something you are both interested in. you'll make friends, you just have to understand that not everyone are good people. yoyr friends will be just as unique as you. look for people like that.

Not a damn thing! The ones doing something wrong are the other people. Don't change yourself for anyone! Be yourself, seriously :)

I think I'd need more information to know what's wrong. Sometimes, you gotta kinda look at the common denominator. What specifically is setting them off? If it were me, I think I'd just straight out ask. Sometimes, it's not the reason we think it is that's turning people off. Sometimes they have legitimate reasons we never even thought about that we're subconsciously doing. Like for example, maybe in group work, the way you present your opinion like tone of voice or maybe the body language of which you do so is in a way that people kinda think, wow that guy is angry/unpleasant/negative adjective here. I'm not trying to say that it's gotta be your fault, but I feel like from your opening post, it's kinda an assumption. Can't change or act unless you have facts, ya know?

I am having the hardest time reading but I will wing it,
Overall just screw it, why surround yourself with people who don't understand you at all. Find those who understands you for you.

It's happening all the time with me.
BUT.
Don't and Never change your way of thinking.
1) Always listen to other opinion first be kind to other
2) say that you have a different way of seeing the thing
3)and after say your opinion.
4) debate with other in a gentleman way.
(><) usually it's helping a lot.
