Confessions

Making sushi is easy. Making good sushi is the difficult part. But, if you like it, it's always damn good. I made sushi years ago, but the rice vinegar was cheap and believe it or not, the vinegar makes a big difference. Also, use sticky rice and not regular white rice. I guess you could use sweet rice and put fruit in it. Now that I think about it, I'll have to do that, excluding the rice vinegar.

Gotta chase that tail, son. ;) I really do want to play that game, but I'm just a poor boy from a poor family.
