@Snake and Jester: I completely get that. It's hard for everyone to be truly happy, for the people with bad circumstances even more, because they think better circumstances will bring them happiness, but sadly that's often not the case at all. That could be considered an extra hurdle. Still, there are people who don't have a lot, yet they are still capable of true happiness. It's nearly impossible to define which groups are 'lucky' and which aren't decided upon how many possibilties they have. That's a false comparison, because happiness itself is not defined by possibilities or money or even succes, so why split people in those groups and call one group lucky and the other not. A friend of mine restores cars, never had a proper education and might never earn 'real money'. He's much happier than some students walking around on campus, definitely happier than the guy who killed himself a view weeks ago. That guy had some real opportunities, though...

@Sanfi: Yeah, I totally get that and a very valid point you make. With education being free the person at least gets to have more choices, instead of having to choose from a more limited amount of career options because of socio-economic limitations. But of course your positivity can greatly affect your quality of life too.

I confess that very recently I've learned about something that's rather unpleasant and hard to deal with but I'm trying to deal with it as maturely as possible.

I confess we should decide upon a rule that people aren't allowed to confess vague confessions. They too often lead to concerned people and the person posting it always comes up with details when asked afterwards

I confess that I'm lucky and I'll leave it at that.:) I also confess that some of the best things in life are not easy to do nor obtain.

@sanfi Normally I would agree but this is something that is very concerning for me but the details WILL stay vague. @fran/yaasshat I enjoy the picture due to its connotations but I'll have to go with the bunnies this time lol. Back to confessions. I confess that I'm not enjoying the quiet moments right now. My mind wanders over the topic and there are moments where I feel fairly fine (partly because some things have already passed before i knew of them so its not like things can be changed) but then the next thing i know I'm squeezing the steering wheel tight enough to create that unique sound that only comes with friction between leather and skin.
