I've had a nonstop headache for the past 3 days and it's just gotten worse. I think it's stress which is kinda fucked because the stress just stresses me out more xD

halo most headaches stem not from stress but instead dehydration and back problems headaches can also be early signs of a stroke, so if your heart rate ever seems unusually high and you have headaches please see a doctor!! stay hydrated! i hope things look better for you!

I appreciate it Lamby. But I drink 2 gallons of water a day and I stretch and exercise regularly. This is a tension headache so I'm thinking that either my staying up late or the stress in my life is the most likely cause. But if it gets worse I will see a doctor. As an aside(this has nothing to do with you Lamby I'm just venting here) I can't stand when people enjoy being pieces of shit. Especially in very petty ways. Someone finds something important. You don't. It isn't hurting you but you want to mess with it for no reason other than that this person values it and thus you think it's funny to screw with them. FUCK YOU
