I confess i need more gamer friends ;w; especially ones who play the games i do. So i didnt have to always come running to threads like this and random thoughts just to pretty much talk to myself and pretend like someone is listening QAQ

I confess that I want to talk to anyone and everyone on this site but I don't have enough time in my life and have extremely poor conversation skills

You guys... go in the generic „hi! How are you?“ than jk about dat .... and than jk somemore... me when i dońt have sth to talk... and the me that talk about some random shit that pops up in my head

^ dat idiot up there talking about how to start a convo... dońt listen to him lol... think about what you wanna talk about 1 topic that both of you might have interrest in then go ham on it or improvise...

Getting over that initial hump into a friendship is hard! I agree. Not all people like my way of conversation, people may feel they are being interrogated by me..But if I don't ask questions, how could I know your interests and hobbies then find out intriguing topics to maintain conversations, now that most people I talk to aren't master conversationalists. Also I give answers to questions I asked, because I care about the balance of information. BTW I don't ask people philosophical questions like "what do you think of nothingness?" or historical questions like "in ur opinion, when did the world start to be become "one"" often unless I'm sure that they are interested in such fields. I sincerely want friends/acquaintances only, so being flirty doesn't work when people talk to me.
