I'm not sure how they look the same? I guess Kiritsugu has kind of the same hairstyle as Kariya? and before Kariya gets wormed he has brown hair like Kirei? Those are the only similarities I see :u

emiliya has the same hair as worm boy, and priesty has the same 0 expression face as emiliya plus the deadpan faces looked exactly the same, save maybe the eyes being smaller

Life tip. just go with the flow of things. You can't force what's not there, so why try so hard? Don't have a relationship? Easier said than done, but don't sweat it. Live like you're not promised a thing(relationships included.), because you're truly not. And finally, be smart about improving your future self. Nothing like looking back after the journey and thanking your past self for all the hard work.
