Lamby's posts reminded me of something: I confess that there's a handful of family members I personally tend to avoid because of awkward situations like that, they always manage to catch up to me at family gatherings though. >_>

@Lamby: Oooh, it was a conscious decision to cut out sugar out of my diet. I actually feel BETTER after doing it, lol. My sadness is sad.

I confess, I'm a closet otaku u.u) And a big pokemon fanatic >.<) I have a difficult time expressing it or making friends with similar nerdy taste off-line. It's odd and frustrating lol
