I confess when I get into a rage fit I am very destructive and I get very strong but the last time that happen was about 7 or 8 years ago and that time I destroyed a room that had exposed carpenter nails and screws.i undid them with my bare hands no tools.

I also think that is why I am a loner to protect people from me so I don't caluse them harm
