Is up to you really. If you want to know then reach out and find out what's going on. If you don't care to then just don't sweat it unless it becomes an issue. Personally I don't like feeling ignored. If it seems like someone is avoiding me then, unless I really like them, I usually just stop talking to them. But maybe there is a reason. So again, up to you.
