I wouldn't go so far as to say that freud was totally correct in his teachings and that it's all fact. Many of his teachings were controversial both today and when he was alive. I would say that he was important and made important contributions to psychology, but many of his theories were debunked as well. Also, he was a psychologist because he could write scripts. I think you guys are confusing that with psychiatrist which cannot.
