Opinions of Persona 5 Royal

It is supposed to be March 2021.

I appreciate you putting this up. I haven't played Royal yet, as my ps4 was stolen a couple years back, so just been waiting patiently for the ps5. That said, I do agree on some of the general points. I did my first playthrough of P5 on Merciless simply because Persona can be too easy. Did they add Merciless to Royal? It occurs to me they might not have, since it was an add on to the original.

Also, some SMT games do age decently. Just sold my copies of Digital Devil Saga 1&2 a few months ago when my father passed away. The shop was very eager to acquire them as they're still popular.

Neat! @shironen - I wanted to clarify my statement earlier about about Futaba and Sumire being built on the same mold. For those that questioned my reason. - What I was getting at is it more or less involved the same challenges. Sumire and Futaba are both the youngest members in the group, with long red hair and glasses, that lose a relative to a car accident and then blame themselves causing severe mental roadblocks. - To me Sumire was just another way of taking the shut-in Futaba and saying "Hey! Why not make Futaba playable? People really would like a playable Futaba! Also, what if Futaba had access to a therapist instead of relying on the kindness of strangers to work through tramatic guilt over the death of a loved one? Oh and make her a gymnast too instead of being a computer engineer." - Hence why Sumire will always be Futaba 2.0 in my view.

Persona 5 Royal,I still gotta platinum the game one of these days because it's my favorite series now.. Always loved the characters stories and everything when it's comes to Persona.
