A few people have killed themselves on the tracks in my town. When I was in highschool some kid was drunk and was shredded to pieces all along the tracks.

A building? Uhm, pretty much a modern, brutalist looking building. Maybe mixing some wood working (since we like to see the site burn), applying windows that fill spaces between the structure's light which will show us all life outside without having to participate on it. A lot of gathering rooms that represent the forums and a huge yard behind were all the trashy people go to speak shit. Something like Canadian's colleges.

Maria's suggestion makes alot more sense, but Kawaii does have some weird flare to it for some reason. O.o The brick work on this place would be a shit show.
