Also what is awkward timing? Awkward timing is when your boss accuses you of moving slow all day until it's time to go home and saying that they've been watching you so they know but you've really been giving it 110% all day and then the next day you have to go in and give your two weeks notice because you've found a new job.

That's happened to me before. Well except umm...they knew I put in 110%. The manager just happened to be a massive bitch who partied all the time and refused to do her job. She heard that I was pissed at her and when she told me she knew I was already handing her my 2 weeks notice. Lol
