Whoa, my sweetness levels gone down a bit. I actually can eat a whole sweet potato with nothing. Weird I used to dislike them

Well,if you like/had pumpkin pie, you've basically had sweet potato pie. They're VERY similar. Stupid easy to make, too. One of the things I'll be making on Wednesday to take on Thursday. Got the taters? Just make one, now. Make a simple pie crust if you have flour, butter, salt and sugar. Boil them taters, mash them taters, add egg for a binder, vanilla (Optional, but I like vanilla.), brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and I'd personally add a little ginger, too.
