You only need to watch the first 2 episodes of Zombie Land Saga to get the best parts. My frustrations is that the rest of the series doesn't stick to its original premise of not being a typical Idol series. That's what it is at the end of the day. They even spend most of the show avoiding them being zombies except where there is a gag involved. Besides that it would be every other Idol show in existence. If only they stuck to the Death/ Nu Metal style instead of the Electonica Synth shit they lean heavily into most episodes. https://youtu.be/Ok2b0MrpA_0

I'll say this, occasionally there are some heartfelt moments. The writing can be on point when it wants to be. It's just whoever is writing seems to be genuinely afraid to let the series be its own thing. Like there is a publisher constantly telling them that if they don't have 90% of the program being cute girls doing cute things then they'll drop the license.
