Attack on Titan: Over-hyped or Best Sh*t Ever?

Attack on Titan, isn't bad, but it's not deserving of so much praise. It has a weak main character, and an inability to explain anything, or develop story in a timely manner.

I liked it, but I still think is over hyped

I like it, but I think it's over-hyped. Something tells me that it may be a good thing that my next con isn't until January. It may die off a little bit more by then

I disagree about it having a weak main character, Eren is one of the most determined characters I've seen in any anime. His goal is to eradicate the titans and he's willing to do anything to do that, while others try to take the easy route by becoming military police instead of the Recon Scouts.

I remember when I read the first chapter of the manga and I didn't know what it was but then the anime came along and I was like wow this shit got interesting but yes when the manga came nobody knew squat about attack on titan
