What is virginity to you?

To me at the time I didn't think it was important but now I look back and re great not waiting for someone special too loose it

To be virginity is something I value highly. I don't really mind if my partner has already lost his, but I value mine a lot. Therefore I believe in sex after marriage. Plus I can't really see myself doing something so intimate with someone I'm not serious enough to be willing to marry. :/

If you think about it rationally sex and marriage are on two different scale Let say time and commitment Marriage require you to have the time and commitment with the other person supposely forever Sex require you need to have the time to actully do it, and the commitment to stay is understood to be a long time, but not neccsarily forever. If we think it that way its follow the correct relationship checkpoints. Friends>date>kiss>Sex>commiment>marriage>happyily ever afyer

Sex also requires you to have commitment to the other person in case the pregnancy prevention contraptions don't work (if you even use them).

I don't think it in the case of accidental pregnancy it's commitment to the other person so much as understanding that pregnancy is a potential consequence of sex and dealing with that consequence. That's something that both parties have to accept can happen, even if there's a slight chance of it, regardless of marital status

Personally, I think there's cons to sex after marriage. It's a really tough relationship to be in if your sex drive is much higher or much lower than your partner's. Not that you couldn't do something alternative but it is something that requires a really really strong bond with open communication, commitment, compromise, etc., which not everyone can do.

Isn't that why when people say take responsbility and shogun weddings?
