My favorite is Kumi Miyasato. She was the original voice of Eve in "Megazone 23". She was big in the 1980s before seemingly disappearing. I'm still trying to track her down - as well as get her albums.

Others include Yoko Kanno, Yuki Kajiura, and Yoko Ishida.
