My Tager Cosplay

Next year I'm going as Tager from BlazBlu to Naka Kon I was wondering if anyone could give me some pointers with this project. If you dont know who Tager is I'll try to put up a link.

For the underbite(over bite?) you could use vampire fangs, what are you planning on make his gauntlets out of?(or his glove+wrist for lack of better terms)
