Otakon 2013

Sooo... The con is in one month! Who's excited? Any plans? Guests you want to meet, panels you must attend? I can't wait. I think the "I Want to Know More!: 30 Years of Books About Anime Manga and Otaku" panel looks really interesting as well as "Nyan Nyan NYAN! Cats in Japanese Culture and Anime". I also met the members of Uzuhi once and they're really fun people so I might go to their panel, but it's hard to say since the schedule hasn't been released yet and I don't want anything to clash with a group photoshoot.

Ive been going to cons and have been into otaku-centric media for so long that the content of cons is all the same to me. Conventions, especially otakon, have more become an excuse to hang out with the people i like. But yes im excited.
