@thatdude Actually you can only give it to people with Positive blood type and only accept very few blood type. I'm O+ as well.

O-! And a regular blood donor! In fact, I just gave blood on Tuesday! I give every chance I get, although sometimes it doesn't work out because my iron might decide to be a jerk that day. I have very very mild iron deficiency anemia, so usually I'm good to donate, but sometimes my iron will be too low by one or two points. Important pointer for new blood donors: eat a meal with high iron content the night before and morning of your donation! It helps! And make sure it's filling or that you eat at least 3 hours before you donate.
