I definitely agree! I only have a few dresses, maybe about 4 or 5, but I've been collecting them over the span of the 5 years I've been into the fashion > < ;; Mostly Christmas and birthday presents, or bough with money from Christmas or my birthday haha.

I was looking for those leather jackets haha. But they are so expensive for new ones!

Really? That sucks! What was the cheapest price you could find? I know some things from Japan are REALLY expensive... I've been trying to find a nice randoseru, but just one is over $100! For a simple red backpack! Honestly. = = ;;

I think the only things I've ever bought in asia were black boots and like... big drape-y sweaters. But I dress pretty casual and kinda like a hobo sooo I suppose I'm lucky that "hobo chic" is kinda in these days

Nah xueli i'm pretty sure you dont look like a hobo lol

I don't really like buying clothes when I'm in Japan... I'm too old to be looking like a tool wearing Japanese metrosexual clothes. And the overpriced "western" style clothes are rather meaningless since I live in the US to begin with. I know some people that buy suitcases of cheap t-shirts/jeans and pawn them off in Japan. I saw some cheap $15 shirts being sold for 8000yen lol...

Oooh >.< I left this thread alone too long. :P I guess I'm just going for general cuteness. Just as a start. Hypothetically.

@Xueli: I love big sweaters! It's nice to wear in winter cause you can be warm but look nice at the same time. :) @Floatsinwater: Yeah, I don't really like the overpriced normal-looking clothes. I normally turn to shopping in those places when I want cute or unique things. :P But yeah, I've seen very very simple clothing go for 60000円+ @Kyetge!: Just as a start? :) Are you planning to get into more complicated styles afterwards?

I love fashion in general :) I am very interested in Japanese fashion as well ^^ I typically dress kind of vintagy with a modern twist? Its hard to explain lol But apparently I dress very "asian" according to others. I just like to think of it as acceptable to wear in asia ;) Well, Eastern Asia, that is... lol I have a lolita dress as well, but that is the only specific style that you listed. Otherwise I don't really know what category the stuff I wear would fit into, if any... I wear things like this: http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/img-thing?.out=jpg&size=l&tid=44558158 http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/img-thing?.out=jpg&size=l&tid=49482272 http://www.girlscosmo.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/04/Cute-Japanese-Fashion-300x300.jpg http://thumbs3.ebaystatic.com/d/l225/m/mikEbBZ7Ma-ItY3JfMlzf4A.jpg https://encrypted-tbn3.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcTcwS2ez-O6UJbUZWQGioaxYFXH3yXOfKzoy2uqq2beGxM_7N7GJg http://thetokyofashionguide.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/06/kawaii-fashion.jpg https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcRlIh1Rw_wCwiYs_iAz5tJs1R52nA7HB8lj15_B1ft6XtoMGwEY lol sorry I put so many :P I got a bit carried away ^^" @Xueli: Thats called Boho ;)

I used to be really into SexPotRevenge after a long time ago I saw An cafe endorsing it. But we all know its overpriced. But I got really into gothic lolita and frankly, any type of lolita is wonderful.
