My first Known anime would be Love Hina, I thought DBZ was a "cartoon" so does that still count? If so than it's DBZ

I'm not entirely sure... I was born around the era of a lot of amazing animes... Either Pokémon, or Saloir moon. Although, my older brother would always put his anime on for me. God knows. (>_<)

Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind i was young, some of it went over my head. BUT GOD DID I LOVE THAT MOVIE i mean wow i watched that so many times its not even funny

The first anime I saw was Pokemon way back in the day. That was before I really knew the difference between anime and American cartoons though, so the show that actually got me into anime was Azumanga Daioh.

I think it was either Dragonball Z, Pokemon or Samurai X. Those were the ones I remember seeing back when I was in Puerto Rico as a kid. I never knew they were based on mangas until I moved to the US and met other anime fans. The first manga I bought was Samurai X Volume 7.

My first anime were Doraemon and Zettai Muteki Raijin-Oh. Both children's anime. After I grew up a little, my cousin introduced me to Saber Marionette J and and Tenchi Muyo Universe.
