Do you even lift bro? Lol Jk. I run around a lot at work. Sometimes I wear coveralls and fill the pockets with heavy stuff. I imagine it as a weight suit.

yes! lol though i cant comment much on that. I swear i trip each time i go up and down, especially if i run x_x

Yeah way to go magicomicjoe!! Exercise is too much work boo!! And I trip almost everytime I go up the stairs! I trip over everything!! Even air!!

I'm speed walking everyday with weights for about 45mins-1 1/2 hrs. Then I lift weights for about 20 mins, then I do calisthenics for about 25-30 mins. I will eventually build a better workout routine with more exercises added to it. I just can't push myself too hard because I just had surgery about 5 weeks ago, but I've lost 20lbs since then!

I usually do curls and push ups. I am starting to get back to running slowly... I am usually at work though since they like me working 5 days in a row. So I find myself walking, standing, occasionally lifting heavy items (whew!) and squatting a lot. The joy of being a stock boy.

I mostly do pilates, yoga and alot of walking. In the summer i do more swimming with laps and rock climbing. I just try to stay tone rather than bulk up.
