cantthink, don't worry the sparkle only happens in Italy and Washington State. Our theory is the local rain has minerals in it that the skin absorbs. I believe when they are overly up beat, they are usually trying to hide the fact that they are quite miserable on the inside, weither it's that they are hurt from another, dosen't make much friends, or just generally is not liked by other people for no apparent reason.
