I think that the Husband should be involved in a say. It is his child too, not just the girls.

Mayor, I do agree with you. If I impregnated a woman I should have a say as the fetus shares half my genome, but my answer most likely will be a termination.
My prior statements referred to politic side of it. No regulation, just discouragement is fine. Its a moral case, and morals and laws are to remain separate. Pushing for a ban will raise crime and deaths from illicit abortion and create famines. Nothing more

I think to me as a woman pro life would be a deal breaker to me because for medical and health reason i do not want to have a child it would be hard on me and there is a slight chance the child would be born with complication. Should i end up pregnant and i have people wanting me to keep the baby against my will, I will never give that child the love or attention it deserved. Yes adoption is a option but adoption agency are overflowed with unwanted or neglected kids today. So Pro life would be a deal breaker

It's a dealbreaker for me.
Relationships are for people with similar principles. Tastes and some opinions can be different, but principles cannot.

this site never supported html like that
anyways, this isn't even really a thread for women as men's opinions on abortion are mute kek
but while i believe in pro choice, i don't think i could ever get an abortion. not only is it extremely against my religion (i don't feel like any amount of hail marys would save my soul), but I'm not sure how it would affect me for the rest of my life. i do not want children, so i wouldn't keep it, but i think i would just sleep better knowing they were in a good home than the what ifs regarding their potential life
that being said, I have a boyfriend that is pro choice, and has said he would be fine if i ever wanted to get one. not that his opinion would really matter. if its a dealbreaker for a man then he should engineer some way to hold the baby in his own body and deal with the affects it has.
