Don't touch the no no's

I tried to help ya dude, but yeah calm down. I will say that I might be one of the lucky ones, because all I really did was start drinking a LOT of water and that helped me lose quite a bit of weight. Back to the original topic anywho... I couldn't be with women who had to always be the center of attention or the "drama starters" to put it lightly. I couldn't be with someone who... well, you know how there's those ladies out there that once you get in a relationship and move in together they kind of make you get rid of your old action figures and the what not? Yeah couldn't be with one of them, I've gotten too many models and the what not that I like and no way am I getting rid of them.... Unless it was for something unbelieveably important. Don't think I could be with someone older than me, and by that I mean like ten years and up in the age difference. That and a few other obvious ones people have mentioned like cheaters, liers, ect

@Mr.ManGuy15 I don't think I could be with someone who didn't accept my dollfies. So I feel you on that one.

Many people seem to think you need to run your ass off to burn fat while this is just not true. In fact you don't even need to run, though some light low intensity cardio does wonders. You can go lift weights without doing any running at all, and still burn fat without killing your lungs lol. And no you won't get huge massive muscles by doing this. It just doesn't work that way. You actually need to be gaining weight for that to happen. Hell you don't really even need to do that to lose weight. It's not what you eat. You could literally eat whatever you want as long as you're aware of how much you're taking in and how your body reacts to it. Drinking the recommended amount of water every day which helps with digestion, and eating at a slight calorie deficit is the easiest way to lose weight. This doesn't mean starve yourself, but slowly cut back on carbohydrates while maintaining - if not increasing - your other required macro-nutrients (protein and fats) to avoid losing muscle mass. Do this coupled with at least a decent exercise regimen and you WILL burn fat. Once you're at your desired weight, increase your carb intake gradually, and lower your proteins/fats to maintain it.

Losing weight is a simple process on paper. Either reduce your calorie intake and/or burn more calories than you intake, preferably with a combination of both. Cardio helps, but you can't just do cardio. The one thing that really helps is muscle. Muscle will burn more calories at rest than if you didn't have them. Effective exercise plans should include both cardio and strength training. Haha, most all weight lost exercises focus on the gluteus region. Makes sense, it's the biggest muscle region after all :P Diet wise, I wouldn't recommend pigging out on crap food if you're trying to lose weight, even if you do have an exercise plan. At best you'll only lose a fraction of what you could have and at worst, you go the opposite. But food isn't just calories, it's sodium and potassium and whatnot. Getting fit isn't really a goal to achieve and be done with. It's a whole lifestyle change.

@maverick I don't want to see her I don't care. @mr.man guy You're a pretty down to earth guy and I respect you but I will not calm down I've been messed with and seen to many of my friends messed with like this over weight. In California especially I feel looks are put really high on the list of things people care about and if you don't fit the mold of a hot person you get a lot less opportunities and things can be a lot harder for you. As for meow_tron I will be overly sensitive about this. I WILL, I've been pushed around by a holes my whole life, bullied, been called names and seen it done to other people and I'm sick of it. I'm not taking it quietly anymore. I do my best with everything I'm given and I work hard everyday for everything I'm given. I will thank you though, you can go ahead and keep talking because it just keeps adding fuel to the fire that I use to keep me bettering my self everyday. @xueli I'd like to thank you for showing me that article on another forum post a while ago, I have since been working really hard everyday to improve my self as much as possible, and you chowing me that is what sparked it.

^ oh dang, California... Yeah got quite a bit of an "image" to keep up with there. Not sure if that "southern hospitality" thing is true or not, but never really had any issues with weight around here. But don't let it get to ya, you let it get to you when things start getting bad (depression and the sort). I know kinda what it's like getting to that point of the spectrum when i was overly self-conscious about my looks in middle/ early-high school. Back to what I said earlier, just be who you are and have fun. Someone tries to knock you down/ gets you depressed, it might sound like it'll make you a jerk but just simply don't give two s$&ts about how they think you should be. As long as you're happy about yourself, screw everyone else's opinion. It's you, live life the way you want to. After getting that in my head, made some friends, I got out of that depressive rut I was in. You're definately in different circumstances than I was though, so not necessarily how much any of what I've been writing helps.

I know, talking about me with the southern hospitality because I'm Tennesseean. I was just saying I've never really had any issues with the people down here, maybe because I knew not to tell them my opinions were actually different than theirs or it really would have been "southern hostility" as you said
