Guys in my gaming group use this solution, if the scratching isn't too bad (ie you can no longer see your reflection, hehe). Boil some water. Take the game disc and hold it, scratch-side-down, over the steam, fairly close to the water (might want to wear gloves). Count to five. Remove it, wipe it clean with a smooth cloth. Try it out. Another one of my gaming group friends recommended dunking it real quick in the boiling water and cleaning it immediately, but that's a major risk of damaging the game and yourself. I've tried the steam trick before, and it worked for me, got my original Halo back in working order. Good luck! I hate when they get too scratched to play.

Yeah the steam trick works just got to be careful with it i recommend looking at a online video tutorial about it if they have one on youtube or something

Check some pawn shops or movie rental places in your area. Disk resurfacers are usually pretty prominent nowadays and a way for those places to sell or rent damaged disks. Usually they'll resurface a disc for a few bucks and it's a good way to save a favorite game or movie without having to buy a new one.

Not really the most optimal solution but I manage a company that sells vintage video games online so I have a JFJ easo pro disc buffer at my house. If you mail it I can take care of it (as long as there are no pinholes in the label (that's a death sentence for discs). Msg me if you don't have any other options.
