Yes gamestop does work dont buy the commercial ones also please do not do the do it yourself ones at home online from most experience on that they dont work well or long and in alot of case i seen they completely mess up the disk all together for example the toothpaste one definitely is not a good idea so your best bet go to a store like gamestop that have good disk cleaners and get it cleaned there they dont charge alot

Ok lets see they do something you can buy online that works very well however its not cheap like those cleaners in stores its high and i need to find it again i dont remember the name but if you put in high grade disk repair in google it should come up most likely beware of copys though that arent good you can tell if they are 19.99 do not get it its a simple copy and nowhere near as good the real thing is quite expensive

Hmm is this a 360 game if it is then there is another way i can help you considering that if you have a messed 360 game you can rent the same game and install it onto your harddrive then play the messed up disk with the installed data from the rent game anytime
