Too much fan service

I do admit the orgy scene on the bus for me was kinda hot. Totally not expecting something like that but that pervert teacher was sick.

Lets face it fan service depends on the mood of the anime. Which is cool. Is all about how the writer and artist wanted to come across. I personally like it when I am in the mood.

I agree about the mood. Freezing is a good example. While of it was needed like the clothes flying off when a girl gets hit and the redundant shower scenes the stuff when Satellizer gets traumatized and tortured makes you understand her character more. Again not all of it was needed but some did make for key plot points.
