What is your holiday dish?

We normally have baked turkey surprisingly. I know ham is very popular. My side dish of choice is peas and bacon mixed together... Mmmm mmm mmm.

I do a curry flavored cream cheese dip with endive leaves dug into the sides as a flower arrangement then pour apricot preserves into each leaf. I'll probably upload a photo next week of it. That or i'll make habenero stuffed anaheim peppers with monterey jack, pepperjack, corn, typically applewoodsmoked turkeysausage and diced habenero.

Stuffed mushrooms. I have absolutely no idea what my mother puts into them, and I've been trying for a couple of years to get her to teach me the recipe. Maybe this year she will. Also, as a treat, almond roca. She makes a large batch, and my siblings and I each get a share.
