Grilled Cheese Help!

A friend and I are having this argument, when you add something to grilled cheese do you change the name? Such as if you add bacon to a grilled cheese, is it still called just a grilled cheese? i say no, it's now called a grilled cheese with bacon

It is grilled cheese with whatever you add to it. Hardly an argument. Slap them with a canoe and tell them to stop being silly!

he will argue me down saying "if i were to put onions in my grilled cheese it would still be grilled cheese. If i were to put cranberry sauce or apples in turkey stuffing it would just be turkey stuffing. If i put jelly on my pancakes they are still pancakes."

Then ignore him and let him call it what he wants or just really confuse him and start calling it something completely different altogether, like call grilled cheese with bacon the hair of an antelope rump or something? "Im going to eat the hair of an antelope rump"
