I don't think there is anything wrong with thinking about your ideal or dream girl as long as you understand the reality of most people isn't going to be close to that. Everyone has flaws and accepting and understanding those flaws in people is the only way you're really going to find someone in the long run.

Being a guy who has an ideal woman thread, that hasn't stopped me from making friends with women on here and having a good time, it's just to set up a framework really. And I have high standards, yeah, but I'm a tough person to live with, let alone have a relationship with. I don't do well with rejection so I have to take certain precautions before I ask someone out
