More "decent"? That's rather rude. They are known for their flat faces and have difficulties breathing correctly. That is no reason to push them aside as inferior compared to other breeds of cats. A lot of people say they are "ugly" but I believe they are sweet creatures and deserve as much attention as any other cat.

Fair enough. That was a bit rude of me, I apologize, but I think its rather irresponsible of people to selectively breed animals such as flat-faced persians and british bulldogs. You do what you wish but I personally prefer the classic "Doll-face" persians, as a former owner of one. I just hate the fact people breed cats for looks like that. Brachycephaly is technically a genetic deformity, as all brachycephalic cats and dogs have issues not only breathing, but eating, keeping their teeth clean, and getting enough exercise due to their decreased respiration abilities.
