lolz That was me years ago......I would go to Japan as a vacation trip/break but I wouldn't live there unless I make lots of $$$$$.

Japan is not perfect! If it was, everyone would live there. Honestly there are plenty of youtubers and j-vloggers that will tell you the ups and downs of japanese society just look it up. Sure it's fun and different but its not just about anime lol. And you would be surprised at how many japanese people don't even watch anime lol. Otakus and neets are looked down upon in japanese society so it's not gonna be rainbows and sunshine over there for you lol. Outside of Akihabara and Ikebukuro you're not gonna find too many anime shops lol. You're still gonna have to get a job and do the day-to-day like kazeriley said. Not everyday is gonna be an adventure unless you have $$$$ and Japan is expensive as hell lol, especially Tokyo. And as for REAL japanese friends, it's best if you find some that have been to foreign countries or they might be closed off to you. I'd like to go to Japan and work in the fashion industry but I can't see myself living there forever honestly, there are certain things about Japanese society that I don't agree with. Before you pack up and decide to live there, vacation there for about a month or two. It's best to experience it yourself but, I figured I'd (like other people already have) give you a heads up.
