Porn is getting banned

Either VPN sales will go up, OF sales will go up or there will be a trend of pushing soft core porn to its limits on IG, tiktok and whatever shithole social media. Hey maybe twitch will get their viewership back up and fully commit to hot tub streams? Theirs always a way around legal shit otherwise people wouldnt be buying weed and other illegal drugs.

I just think the thing that brings me back to being backside beffudled is the fact that is it the people also having a say in this and also the hypocrisy? I have seen things going around with Epstein's list, and I believe that majority (if not all tbh) of important world leaders (in America that is) are on that list, hence why there's been so much issue on getting them released. I'm not saying laws like this should or should not be passed, but again, the hypocrisy of it coming from a whole flock of people that actively participate in bull-crappery is hilariously sad to me. Especially knowing dang well they probably do worse things than watch porn themselves. That being said though, I think my main issue with this is (again) adult content being too easily accessible to children. And I speak from experience, sometimes it's not even the visual stuff that can be bad, but I also mean literature and art that's too easily accessible for kids to read and look at.

just remember that politics is downstream of culture. it always has been. If the culture can eventually change, the content of character of the people in power may improve. I for one am sick of softcore porn in instagram reels, facebook reels, tiktok & all over social media. if we dont need an ID on social media to prove we are the age we are, what is stopping a child from making an account and saying they are 18? i mean back in my day we had to lie about our age to make a Facebook, Myspace and even a YouTube account!

That's true. It always starts at the home with these kinds of things and sadly a lot of people nowadays are struggling with so many issues right now, whether that be mental wise or just having bad habits and addictions that people glorify rather than genuinely trying to help that person be/do better. That's of course removing people and families (parents) that are genuinely trying to watch their kids like a parent should, but we live in a world where getting support (proper support is hard), whether from the government or the people itself. I think the whole point of this is that there are more deep rooted issues than just certain things being easily accessible to children, cause like I said before, you can open up multiple cans of worms when mentioning laws and how to go about them. And whether said people who are passing the laws are good or not, I know everyone is in control of their own actions and beliefs at the end of the day. The sad thing is, I don't think banning things like this would do much of anything, cause people always find a way to get around them. But, that's not to say we don't mention these issues of course, but I don't think things like this will ever truly be in control lol.

It doesn't bother me that much. I have a girlfriend and porn desensitizes you. Also, my faith wouldn't want me watching that content. Also, I have kids. I hate how porn shaped my mind as a kid and young adult. Also, you can find it without ID if you really want to. There will always be ways to watch porn without a ID. Though if I wanted to watch invading my privacy by making me submit ID is a no no for me. I guess you could say this is setting the tone for more invasive practices by the government. So I can see why people care. Can also see why people care about these sites being inaccessible to minors. It's bad for adults but good for kids. I can live with that. You can find non ID porn if you really want it. Though I prefer if they just left it alone and buffed Parental control reach.
