He really doesn't even have a super power, right? From what I know/seen he's just a rich guy playing with expensive toys to beat "evil". I could be wrong, but that's from what I've seen.

I mean you can argue that every super hero does more harm than good that's literally the plot of the third captain America movie, that the government wants to regulate super heroes cause they're causing more harm than good which causes captain america and iron man to agree

what makes batman deplorable is the fact that he doesn't kill if he just didn't have that rule then i wouldn't dislike him as much, more people die because of his arbitrary morals he was an orphan yeah but at least he had alfred and billions of dollars to fall back on, the orphans that the joker make have nothing. imagine being an orphan that now has to live in foster care after joker blew your fucking parents up in front of you with a balloon animal, seeing on the news that after apprehending the joker batman tells the courts to not sentence him to death, and instead to the arkham asylem AND THEN HE BREAKS OUT (BATMAN CANT EVEN BUILD AN ASYLUM RIGHT) AND KILLS MORE PEOPLE AND THE CYCLE CONTINUES hes the worst. the fucking worst. how is he so popular (his franchise has the best villains though)

plus dorkly did a great video about how he beats the shit out of henchmen who were probz orphans once too, and the fact that he wont kill, but will cripple them for life. the worst

Well if u can't take the cripple don't do the crime also there's a reason that he can't kill joker at least, in an alternate universe where he does actually kill the joker it turned out joker had put a toxin in himself that would be released if he died causing whoever kills him to turn into him which caused DC Metal where evil batmen who have killed invade the original universe definitely one of my favorite comics and the invasion was led by none other than the one who laughs aka joker batman, so batman killing people does happen it usually just doesn't end well shown by the other timelines I recommend these though the comics are, Batman the red death, Batman the murder machine, Batman the one who laughs, Batman the dawnbreaker, Batman the merciless, Batman the drowned, and Batman the Devastator

the thing is though hes crippling and trying to rehab the wrong people. why do the henchmen have to go to real buttrape prison but joker gets to be rehabbed at an asylum? why is it alright to cripple thugs (who 99.9% of the time turned to crime because of socioeconomic reasons) but joker gets away without a hair touched? hmmm, alright, ill take this 'alternative' version (although its an alt comic for a reason, meaning the main timeline the joker didn't actually do this to his body, so no reason not to kill that joker) there has to be a safe way to kill him. kill him in a room using electricity or jab him with a poison needle or entomb his body so that no gas can escape. id say that at least the universe where batman did kill the joker had a better moral code than this up-his-own-ass batman that batman TRIED to make sure no other person got killed. the mainstream batman has never once tried, not because the joker has gas inside him, but instead, as he himself says 'im not a killer' (or something idk the quote) which is proof that he was not not killing the joker for the greater good, but instead so that he could feel good about himself while innocents die due to his lack of action.

Is this what you want? Batman killing all the bad guys? Also joker has, it's an alternate universe where the only difference is Batman kills joker because joker forces him to, but the same thing could be said about literally every super hero batman if anything causes the minimal amount of damage since he doesn't have any super powers imagine a bank robber getting sucker punched by superman that's way worse then getting karate chopped by batman obviously i'm using a minimal example because I can't remember anything too specific at the moment but ik that those things have happened superman has punched the crap out of bank robber and Batman has used karate on henchmen usually the only things I can remember where he cripples henchmen really badly are in the video games where he hangs them upside down and shit, but that's only for gameplay plus he has definitely crippled joker before idk why you're making it seem like he's protecting him last time I checked he doesn't get a say whether he goes to Arkham asylum or a death sentence that's up to the Gotham Government who's (shocker) corrupt

yes that is what i want because now those bad guys will not harm the innocent batman has indirectly caused the murder of thousands of bad people because of his willful inaction, and that is unforgivable. he is the ultimate moral grandstander if you could save a thousand innocent children by killing one man, would you? and if you don't kill the man those thousands of children will die. would you not kill him? as for other super heroes i must confess, I'm not a fan of typical superheroes for much the same reason why i dislike batman, they tend to be one note with cookie cutter morals. the franchises i liked are deadpool (before the movies that fucked him up, back when he was just a merc and wasn't apart of the fucking avengers) spidergwen, and harley quin i think batman is just the distilled version of everything that is wrong with mainstream superheroes. ill take a punisher over a batman any day of the week. (only exceptions to this rule would be characters like hellboy or the mutants from xmen, as they have to not look like bad guys so they cant kill humans. only exceptions.)

Ok so that's ur personal opinion of anti heroes being better than normal heroes but it doesn't prove the original thing we were arguing that Batman is worse than all the other heroes which from your personal opinion shouldn't be true since him and superman have the most potential of becoming anti heroes, and like i said I definitely recommend reading the evil batmen comics if you like anti heroes I also prefer anti heroes to heroes so when these came out I was hyped as hecc
