@momoichi Why would it be ethically superior? I find both plants and animals equal in terms of their life when it comes to food. So to me humans (and every living being) are innately unethical at eating both plants and animals, so I don't see how it would make us more ethical to eat only plants and not animals. I don't have a moral authority over animals, in an ideal world I would love to live without eating any living creature. But we need food to survive, that's all. I would like to ask you to name the traits that give you moral authority over plants that wouldn't also extend to taking rights away from animals as well. Also the premise I want to debate on is the health related superiority.
