Usually around 2:30am(a.k.a. Now) cause I work night shift all the time

If I'm tired af then 11pm -12am. Otherwise the usual is 1am-3am, when its bad then 4am-5am.

I try to go to bed at like 11pm but don't end up trying to sleep till like 12:30, then i'm up for work at 5:30am...

In Summer, Spring and Autumn, I go to bed between 22:00 and 24:00. Waking up at 7:00. In Winter, I go to bed at around 21:00. Waking up at 8:00. I hate Winter, so I guess I'm trying to sleep out of it.

I used to sleep at 6 am before.. now o have completely reversed it. Now i sleep at 10 pm and maintain a proper schedule.

3AM is my average but on a slightly worse night i end up being awake all night

Usually around 10pm unless I have an early morning, like when I had to get to the hospital at 4am. Then I sleep even earlier. I try to shoot for 6-7 hours at least

I try to be asleep no later than 11. Otherwise, I have a difficult time making my nice customer service alter ego show up at work.
