That's no issue just get some nice tortillas and cook up some pork and slow cook in some fat for a couple of hours, chop up some cilantro and onions, add some salsa and/or guacamole and make yourself a nice carnitas taco.

What about Hankook Taqueria? It's Korean tacos. But it's pretty popular. It's one of Alton Brown's fav places in Atlanta. It's pretty low key. I liked it but we have only been once. Still_A_Child @joemama711

A bowl is most useful when it is empty.

Tell that to a starving man. Many bowls are empty and few wish to be filled.

@verucassult thats close enough for me(22 mins!) Thanks i did try and enjoy the one eyed mule awhile so this should be good

@criselington im not a fan of pork or a lot of fat much. Much more beef or chicken

@joemama711 That's fine. Another option is to dice up some chicken thighs and cook them up with some garlic, onion, paprika, cayenne powder, and some salt. Chop up some onion, cilantro, and jalapeƱos and give a nice squeeze of a lime for some good chicken tacos. Be sure to warm up those tortillas, folks. That's a pork free idea you didn't ask for haha.

Someone recorded this lol but it was on The Best Thing I Ever Ate where he talks about Hankook. https://youtu.be/g3bronMcYOE We didn't do the bibimbap. Just the tacos. I can't remember if I was a fan of their fries or not but people either love them or hate them.

Thanks, thats a good idea! Ill go for it, i assume eye the spice or a 1/2 teaspoon worth for the seasoning? @criselington

Eye the spice for your flavor preferences @joemama711
