Do you mean in a digital or physical format because you can buy both those songs in a physical format by just buying the KH soundtracks, but if you mean for digital download that would be great since neither the OSTs and theme songs are sold online

back when they released, you could download the mp3s of both of those songs. Hell you prolly still can, just do a google search and im sure something will pop up

When the download pops up it will save the name of the file is a bunch of numbers but its in fact the real song.
