Buuuuut... Then you gotta put in the average pay. Like me, $700 for a two bedroom apartment. Fredericksburg, where I used to live? $1100 for the dingy one bedroom apartment I had many moons ago. Fredericksburg has a bit higher average being between Richmond and DC, soooo... Property and rent goes up, too.

@yaasshat Could be worse. Could be paying Virginia Beach prices with toll roads and tunnels to boot. Why my bro got outta there. 2 bedrooms was $1,600.
