Of me losing my confidence in myself for every degrading word you said when we were together. What’s the point? Of me being afraid to love again, when I deserve the love I should’ve gotten the first time. The point is that despite the pain, heartache and woe, you turned me into someone who could appreciate herself and know how a man should treat her. The point is that I may have wasted my tears and time on you but I now cry tears of joy cause I’m free of your abuse and bullying.
