Well I guess on the super unethical side of the spectrum someone could weaponize something like COVID or SARS (because you can be asymptomatic for X days, It's highly transmissible from bodily fluids from the nose and throat and the fact it can linger on surfaces without direct sunlight for quite some time.) Then modify the DNA/RNA that it injects considering it can also travel to the brain since it can go through the blood-brain barrier and target neurons as a host but allow it to incubate for X days before causing it to reproduce. You'd also have to make it so it doesn't mutate drastically and make vaccines for expected/projected mutations. Then whoever decides to use it just give the vaccine to those they want to live and unleash hell.

I didn't expect much from this thread and your response is pretty terrifying, have you considered this before? Weaponizing diseases isn't very cash money.

Also I still like lottery death idea, like how fucking wild if we went through measures to cull. Think of the wild things we could do, ranging from death by lottery to bloodsport. I wouldn't condone this idea but it would be lit if it was like a squid games kinda scenario.

No I have not, I've just taken part in think tanks/discussions about possible deterrents/preventions/detections/cleanup-ops for situations such as this through organizations such as CERT.
