Had dinner with my muslim friends last night. We ate Pater. “Pater is A Filipino Muslim traditional food. Originating in Mindanao. Pater is a halal Maguindanaon food made of rice topped with grilled chicken/fish/beef wrapped in banana leaves.” Not fond of spicy food, but this one I like.

Another farm nearby once had an alpaca. It was a crazy experience when that thing jumped the fence! I was heading to the gas station when I saw a fuzzy brown blur. At first I thought it was a deer darting through the trees. Then I saw the length of the neck and realized that was no deer, haha!
