Superhero\Villain names

He is a villain and called Rain Master and his power is called: Raining Cats and Dogs. But, he literally can make it rain cats and dogs... nothing else.

I would say they would be Mother Earth neither a hero nor villain but more in between just vibing and keeping to themselves until someone messes with them, and their ability would be to imbue life into things

He is a villain called Silencer . His power is called “keep quiet” and anytime he opens his mouth to speak to someone he causes said person to not be able to speak and lose their voice. The stronger he uses it on someone the more their ability to function (even thinking) is lost so they keep quiet forever

Yeah i immediately thought about hush when i read that anyways you'd be the One Man Army a hero who can temporarily become those he comes in contact with absorbing all their memories and skills including their trauma so good luck (includes fictional characters if ya have a full understanding of them) and i definitely didn't come up with this because you cosplay a lot definitely didn't
