Women and video games

meh i9 onl dont play cuz i suck and i dont have a station to play on, other then that I LOVE THEM nuthin awsomer then watchin someone play >.<!!!!

I know a lot of females who play World of warcraft, League of legends, and Guild wars 2. However they all seem to be 18+

I do play quite a few different games (I prefer games with wide open sandbox elements) but I just... Don't really talk about it much. I'm not the best at games, so I feel like I'm going to meet the stereotype of a girl just doing it to be cool if I fail when I play with a guy.

^ guys who think like that are all dicks. I'm sure they don't give much thought if another guy failed at a game, but somehow women have to do better and play more and longer to be validated as gamers. You know what the definition of a gamer is? Someone who likes to play video games. How much or well you play shouldn't matter

I'm a girl, And I adore games <3 I guess that is all I can say ^^ I get obsessed when its about a game I really enjoy.. I tend to play the same games over and over again ^^ Sure, there are girls out there who only care about their makeup.. But that doesn't go for all girls out there.. The lesser of girls I know are like that.. ^^

For myself I'm not a huge gamer in general but more casual. I have been getting into PC Gaming (like Steam) more but I really miss playing xbox and PS2/3 so much! ; ;

i like playing on my ps3, vita or on my pc, but im addicted to the secret world right now and i mostly neglect my other games
