how do you have the time/motivation

It starts by working a full time job. Then having a life. Then having the desire to actually reach out and talk to complete strangers for no other reason, but the enjoyment of human interaction.

That's not a problem for myself. Mostly because I don't think of talking to people as work or a job. It's the entertainment and experience of learning what others think or do with their lives.

I dont post here alot but I think some people really love to communicate with others and enjoy their time by posting stuff online and getting some attention I think
