Anyone here embarrassed to be a US Citizen

Especially after 9/11 we misused the victim's death as a justification for vengeance. I doubt, if a person who died that day and saw Collateral Murder on YT would be in favor of such a war.

Pride in country hasn't started any wars in recorded history. Ever. And our support of Israel is to our benefit in ways that you obviously do not wish to understand and you seem to have swallowed whole the singular (and incorrect) point of view fed to you about the founding and curreny events of Israel as well. Maybe i'm getting old, but i'm just too damn tired of explaining how the world works to youngsters such as yourselves, so i'm not going to bother doing so again. Agree to disagree... that's fine, i'm just going to facepalm and walk away from this thread now. I find it sad that there is even a thread here fishing to find others who dislike their country, I consider it a failure of our education system amongst other things. In fact the reason I have these is because when I went to China in 2009 I saw thru the propaganda portrayed over here in the US schools about it. All countries have problems but China's are no worse than our own historically. If the education system is a failure because of the fact that it allows me to think how I want even if it doesn't like it, well thats a right I am given by the 1st amendment. I see the country as needing reform on capitol hill but in the event something good DOES happen and things change maybe I will change my view. Until then I holdfast to my position, but it would take a complete paradigm shift of our ideals..
