Let's talk for a second about alienating and threatening allies. US spending accounted for a majority (60%) of this total—so not only did the US spend more than any other NATO country, it spent more than all the other NATO countries combined. " https://fullfact.org/world/us-nato-contributions/ We are the LARGEST member of NATO. The alliance we have stipulates that we aide them, and they aide us. The alliance stipulates that we are allowed access to their airspace and military bases in their countries. When we wanted their help and use of their airspace and those bases, they said "NO. Piss off!" That's a violation of the NATO alliance. They are in fact the ones alienating and threatening their biggest ally. We don't need NATO. They need us. We don't need the straight open. We don't need Iranian oil at all. Europe does. They are the ones in reach of Iranian missiles, not us. This is their problem, and they don't want to help, or want to silently help because they allowed their countries to be taken over by Islamist and their scared of the backlash. They are the ones hiding in fear.

For nuclear power plants you need 5% enriched uranium. They have 60% enriched uranium. They ONLY use for that is nuclear weapons. Do you realize that Iran was stock piling ballistic missiles and drones? Do you realize that if we waited any longer to do something about this, we would have lost the ability all together? You're worried about the cost of the war. About the cost of gas. But do you have any idea what the cost would have been for us to have done NOTHING and let Iran keep enriching uranium? Maybe they don't strike us first. Maybe the first nuke they use is on Israel. Does that make it any different? Trump lived through the Cuban missile crisis. And the 9/11 attacks. Trump won't let them have a nuke. He wants the uranium they were enriching. If they don't give it to him, he will more than likely send our troops in to get it. For me, that's the scariest part of all of this. I would appreciate it if you didn't re-post American hating, troop hating, propaganda that says that our troops are failing and losing. Because I can assure you. The American military isn't a small stick.

My grandfather served. My dad served. My brother served. I have nothing but respect from the brave men and women of our armed forces. They have sacrificed a lot to protect this country from the threats in the middle east, and have continued to protect us for decades. I'm not sure if you remember 9/11, but I do vividly. That threat is still there. That threat now has 60% enriched uranium. That threat that was willing to use planes as bombs, would without a doubt use a nuke the first chance they got.

I like how the first sentence was right to Obama. Easter is observed in Iran because of the Armenian and Assyrian Christians. It also overlaps with Nowruz(Persian new year) so it's okay there. They won't kill you. That being said I'm not a fan of their current government nor am I defending Islamic culture. However, you're making assumptions about me. I don't care if a bunch of people get bombed. What I do care about is we're(you, me, and all Americans) paying for another corporate war to make the richer even more rich.
